Taiwan International Graduate Program Online Application 2023 is open to all international students from across the world. Students who desire to pursue a Masters or Doctorate degree in Taiwan are urged to apply for the TIGP Scholarship. Everyone will be able to apply for one of 100 fully funded scholarships.
Academia Sinica offers a wide range of academic subjects and majors for postgraduate degree programs.
The scholarship will pay all costs. There is no application fee, and you may also apply with an English Proficiency Certificate.
Applicants with an undergraduate degree can apply immediately for an MS leading to a PhD. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for all students to study abroad for free.
The scholarship period for the MS leading to PhD program is 5 years, while the PhD program is only 3 years.

Applicants from countries other than Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong are eligible to apply for the TIGP Award.
To apply for a Master’s degree, the candidate must have a certificate from an undergraduate program.
To apply for the PhD Degree Program, a Masters Degree Certificate is required.
Normally, applicants with only a Bachelor’s degree are admitted to the Master’s Program and subsequently progressed to the Ph.D. program upon completion of Master’s courses.
Applicants who graduated from universities where English is the predominant language of teaching are exempt from the English proficiency test.
